To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following policies regarding consultations, payments, cancellations, and more. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Consultation Policy
Scope of Services

Each package includes a comprehensive color analysis and general image consulting. The color analysis process incorporates both the American 12-Season Color System and East Asian PCCS (Practical Color Co-ordinate System) theories to determine your unique color palette. This includes evaluating the characteristics of each system and draping over 75+ colors to identify the shades that best complement your skin tone, undertone, and overall appearance. Any additional services outside of the agreed package may incur extra charges.

Pricing Transparency
All service prices listed are subject to change. Any pricing updates will be communicated in advance.

Deposits
A depositor of $50 your service is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment slot will be held for 48 hours; the booking is confirmed once the deposit is received. A confirmation email with location and parking details will be sent afterward.

Payment Methods
I accept credit cards via Zelle, Square, and Venmo.
​
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment, before the service begins.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation & No Shows
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance and no shows without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Rescheduling Limits
Appointments can be rescheduled once without penalty, provided they give at least 12 hours' notice before the scheduled time.

Deposits

Valid for 60 days from the original booking date.​

Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.
Refund & Satisfaction Policy
Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of my services, no refunds are offered once services are rendered.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is my priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your consultation, please contact me within 24 hours to discuss adjustments or follow-up options.
Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

Your privacy is important. All personal information and consultation details are kept confidential and will not be shared without your explicit consent.

Arrival & Punctuality Policy
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in fees.

Gift Certificate Policy
Purchasing
Gift certificates are available for all services and can be purchased online or in person.

Expiration
All gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

Transferability
Gift certificates are transferable to another person but cannot be exchanged for cash.
