Before Your Appointment
Complete the Pre-Appointment Questionnaire:
A brief questionnaire will be sent to you after booking. This must be completed at least 12 hours before your appointment.
Arrive Makeup-Free:
Foundation, blush, and tinted moisturizers can interfere with the accuracy of your color analysis. If you arrive wearing makeup, I will kindly ask you to remove it before we begin.
Avoid Self-Tanners and Heavy Skincare Products:
For the most accurate results, please avoid using self-tanners or applying heavy skincare products in the days leading up to your appointment.
Clothing:
You don’t need to wear anything specific to your appointment. You will be draped with a white apron and a white head cover to ensure that no external colors affect the accuracy of your analysis. This keeps the focus entirely on your natural features.
During Your Color Analysis
Introduction & Consultation
I will start with a brief introduction and an explanation of the color analysis process and the 12-Season Color System. We’ll also discuss your goals for the session—whether you’re looking to refine your wardrobe, adjust your makeup, or explore colors for a specific event.
Skin Tone & Undertone Assessment
We’ll begin by evaluating your natural skin tone and undertone.
Draping Process & Analysis
Using over 75+ color drapes of East Asian PCCS & the American 12-Season color system, I’ll systematically test various shades and tones against your skin. This process includes both warm and cool colors to identify which hues brighten your complexion and which may dull your features.
These systems consider not only undertones but also contrast, intensity, and depth.
Identifying Your Season & Palette
Based on the draping results, I’ll determine your color season (such as Spring, Summer, Autumn, or Winter) and provide insights into your most flattering shades, including neutrals, accent colors, and statement hues.
Image Consulting (Add On)
If you choose to add this to your session, we can explore how your color palette applies to hair color choices, makeup recommendations, nail colors, and even the best necklines and collar styles for your features.
Personalized Recommendations
I’ll offer tips on how to incorporate your new color palette into your wardrobe, makeup routine, and everyday life, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable with your new knowledge.

At this time, a general sneak peak of Image Consulting is included in your Color analysis appointment as I acquire the remaining products. Once available, Yes! If you’d like to explore how your colors apply to hair, makeup, nails, and wardrobe styling, you can add image consulting to your appointment. This is perfect if you’re looking for a complete style transformation or want more detailed recommendations.
How Should I Prepare if I Wear Glasses?
If you wear glasses, you can bring them to your appointment, but I may ask you to remove them during certain parts of the draping process to ensure we’re focusing on your natural features.
Do You Offer Follow-Up Sessions?
If you’d like to explore your colors further or feel that your style needs have evolved, follow-up sessions are available to refine your palette or dive deeper into specific areas like wardrobe styling or makeup application.
